Frank Frausto

Frank Frausto is a Google veteran of over 14 years and has experienced first-hand the evolution of the world’s most recognizable startup from a private valuation of $18 billion in 2003 to today’s market capitalization of $740 billion.

Frank serves as the Chief Digital Marketing Officer of Beyond Enterprizes, a strategic investment and advisory firm empowering blockchain investors, funds, startups, and entrepreneurs to reach their goals.

Frank started at Google as an Account Manager in 2003 when he was part of Google's first inside sales organization. As a founding New Business Sales team member, he partnered with some of Silicon Valley's top businesses. He acted as their digital marketing consultant, helping guide some of Google's most strategic clients to profitability.

Pursuing his passion for helping others succeed, Frank became Google's lead sales trainer, where he coached Googlers in 12 countries on product and sales knowledge. Frank serves as a digital marketing consultant and trainer for Google's channel partners. He designs, develops, and delivers customized product and sales training for companies such as ReachLocal, AutoTrader, and YP.com, thus creating more effective digital sellers and account managers in their organizations.

Frank is the Founding President of Karma International's San Francisco Chapter. Karma was established in 2005 as an exclusive, private membership organization dedicated to connecting exceptional & inspirational individuals both socially & professionally. Karma currently has over 300 members from all over the world. Karma has official chapters in the following cities with 20-80 members each: San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Houston, Miami, and Bucharest.

Frank's passions include travel, wine, fitness, and martial arts outside of work.
